The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that offers Infrastructure services to global clientele . Worked with a team with different cultural backgrounds. Management , my manager are expressive and mentors the employees which allowed me to grow along with he organization (which is un comparative with other organizations).

Dislikes

Some times management feels the pressure of Market and takes wrong decisions which makes the organization unstable and keeps employee at risk. But, in fact company knows that “ employees are the strength of organizational growth”

Work Details

In fact I started my career as a system admin., based on my personal interest level - company allowed to me explore and implement applications and technologies like cloud , Office 365 etc across the organization.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
