Good company for new comers.

No career growth or financial growth. Not much Technical work. Mostly consists for taking calls and making calls. Not much technical learning. Forget about any personal life when you work in 24*7 shift. Just get 1-2 years of experience and leave.

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions.
