Compassion International is an NGO, based on a holistic development program for children regardless of religion, caste and gender. I am so much blessed with this program to learn and grow. When we talk about the children, immediately it clicks our mind that the children are the future of our nation. They make and take the nation to the next level as we are experiencing at this level in terms science and technology or politics and morality. It's all for the good cause of nation. It was a place of learning together, helping one another and completely team work. Very strong administration and work oriented. A healthy relationship with other cultural backgrounds. Dislikes

Education was slow for some area. Children have to go to some government school where it is located hill areas and most of the time the teachers were absent.

Work Details

Well, I love the work that I am asked to do. Over all I was communicating with the children and to the parents behalf of the management. Being an administrator I was presenting the center the national level about the growth and development of the children

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
