The potential for learning is tremendous if you are a part of the corporate structure. The culture is very open and everyone is approachable.

Dislikes

As it is with all the corporates in the country, there is no clear definition of the time when the work should stop. Some days, it is breezy while on others the work gets extended beyond work hours by quite a margin. And there is no concept of over time for the corporate team.

Company has a good work life balance and job security is almost equal to a government job, they don’t take you out of the job unless until you are breaching any important policies

There is no personal life of you're writing with compass group in pune India, will not get an appraisal & promotions if you don't do buttering to your boss. Horrible experience to work with compass group for 1.5 years. Waste of time of your boss likes buttering.
