The environment of the work place is so calm and job is so satisfying. Salary and extra benefits are so gud as accommodation are given over there and excellent service with good behaviour of the seniors and rest employees.

Company has a good work life balance and job security is almost equal to a government job, they don’t take you out of the job unless until you are breaching any important policies

Other than salary there are no perks and benefits, poor HR managers, they don’t work on improving the work culture, benefits of the employees.

There is no personal life of you're writing with compass group in pune India, will not get an appraisal & promotions if you don't do buttering to your boss. Horrible experience to work with compass group for 1.5 years. Waste of time of your boss likes buttering.
