Dislikes

Other than salary there are no perks and benefits, poor HR managers, they don’t work on improving the work culture, benefits of the employees.

I was very happy working at Compass. My colleagues were very good to me, and we all worked together like a nice family

I was happy working at Compass, but after I resigned, they informed me that my salary would be credited 45 days later. However, it was credited after 80 days. Because of this delay, I faced many issues. I called the concerned people several times, but they did not respond, nor did they answer my calls. As a result, I had to take loans.
