The very first experience anyone can have is HR department , that is very very helpful and always ready to solve any kind of query employee has, regardless the department. Another thing is overall structure of management is excellent as they are following strict ISO standards procedure. I like the way duties have been assigned to people according to their job role. However working from home is not helping to communicate people in person, but still everyone I am working with are very co operative, so overall enjoying time with CP....Read More

I am a Project Manager and managing team of almost 7-8 people from different departments. Main duties are work allocation, time management , client communication, ISO documents management for the project etc.

- ISO process, not implemented aligning with client - lot of control and micro management on work - PM and technical team overwhelmed most of time so no time to work on improvement

An IT Company that treat its employees as 19th Century Slave Factory Worker. No respect for their employee's personal time and hard work We had office time from 10 am to 7 pm but we had to attend meetings till midnight 1 am regularly. And the company still wants you to report to the office at 10 am the next day without fail. Seniors and Team leaders are always ready to take your work credits.

Worst Politics and Culture The company forced many employees to resign. Mass layoffs are frequent.
