I have working at commercial co op bank ltd. Clearing department working with npci (national payment corporation of India) ,nach(national automatic clearing house). Cheque scanning of technically work , server management of all branch. I have working at main branch of comercial co op bank ltd. I have excited of bank job and really enjoy it.

Dislikes

Salary pay scale is minimum compare of the nationalize bank operation of clearing

Salary - Poor

Work Details

Its a very good job but pay scale is minimum

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
