Great place to work.. Earlier but not now.. You should be pet to your manager if you want to continue or else they will terminate you

They started termination .. lf they have no projects what is employees fault.. company has no right to terminate employees incase if there are no projects.. Initially management Was very good, helpful and understanding Few managers are playing politics and they are right what ever they say.. they don't treat employees equally.. Theytreat managers and employees differently..Rules and policies vary as per their wish.. Managers who joined the company recently. Please treat senior employees with respect.. since you are a director or manager you cannot simply change the policies and insult employees.....Read More

1. Even in this pandemic situation there was superb employee retention, no deduction on CTC, full varriable paid. 2. All onborded employees are billable. 3. WFH didnt feel like isoloted, HR was in touch with resources on a regular basis.

1. Sometimes (very rare) employees voice doesnt reach to right forum.

I love the way everything was well-organized. The marketing tools we used were chosen with care and helped us with seamless planning. The BU I worked with was responsive, dynamic, and appreciative of our efforts.

Dislikes

There were too many changes in the marketing organization in headquarters by the time I was preparing to leave. It made most of us feel insecure.
