Nothing, better be unemployed. Only two person who are actually a bit better are Mr. Shiva (GM of Customer Success) & Mr. Kartik Jain (Product Manager) just check bhai education qualification of employee working there .....Please before joining once plzz visit thier office u will get reality check. Unprofessional people they calleach other with ajeeb names for example customer success AGM's name is Ravi, CEO calls him raviyaaa. No growth trash company, no process, no hierarchy, anything goes fully random. CEO bhot bada Unrealistic delusional bnda hai trust me, before joining have 1-2 in person meetings with him you will find it out. CEO uses abusive words to address employess

Work is good, lot of new things to learn. Seniors push you in taking larger responsibilities. I have been here 3 years now and have ended up learning everything from product development and cloud and everything in between. They are now pushing me for leadership roles which I am excited about too

Because it's a startup, as expected the work pressure is very high. I think money is OK, but it can be better
