Dislikes

Salary is on time but career growth is very slow, I have work 15hours straight in day but company did not provide any extra benefit after staying late night at site.

I have learned lot in my field just because of colliers As long as I get the work closely with the client it will be a great learning experience.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
