1. Biggest like about Colliers is ON Time compensation. 2. My immediate boss is super supportive. 3. The have a cool office in Gurugram.

Dislikes

1. Lead generation is poor for Sales vertical. 2. One outsider joined as a Senior Executive Director in Jan 2024 & messed up with the complete Office Services Line which later & sooner the top management will realize but I am sure by then it will be too late to fix the damage.

Revenue pressure. No team culture, highly political. Management is only concerned about growth, by any means. Hire and fire culture
