Poor Management , Micro-management , verbal-abuse, No clear plan or goal in 60% of the teams , No job security , Bad W/L , Bad office location. A few days ago , an employee mailed the entire office her story about getting laid off due to taking WFH due to an accident , with her manager highlighting how WFH was seriously a taboo around the place.

1. They can fire you anytime they don't feel like. 2. Zero skill development. 3. Manager behaviour is very bad. 4. If you want to upgrade your skills in your field than don't join here. 5. The whole company is working in AFFILIATE MARKETING. 6. Joined as a PPC Executive but you will in the affiliate no relation to what you have doneearlier. 7. Low Salary ,Team lead doesn't have any language control .He just used to yell at us for no reason , has a abusing culture ,moreover he threaten us of firing us in our 6th week & also told us , how he can easy replace us with others . There is no Career growth or learning scope especially in the ops team of performance marketing. Nothing, HR is pathetic they don't know what they have said to the candidates I am not sure how they are handling the employees

I had a very disappointing experience with them, after clearing both technical and telephonic round, they invited me for last round of interview to Gurgaon from Jaipur. Although interview went really well, the handling by the HR, Monalisa, was far from professional. Despite discussing my expected CTC during the initial call, especially, considering relocation, I was assured that budget is not an issue. However, during the last round when interviewer questioned my higher expectations she completely denied the situation and told him that I was agreed to the lower budget and she already mentioned this to me-Seriously Monalisa? If she has mentioned me the lower budget why would I come down to entirely different city. Utter non-sense and pathetic. This company is pathethic! My team lead never replied to any of my queries and just left me hanging. She was never polite and always rude. Don't expect any appreciation from the team leads. Hire and fire policy is strictly followed, if you are looking for a job-security this is not the right place. The management is terrible. Don't waste your time here!

Flexibility with working hours and leniency with checking in and checking out as long as visibility is there and work gets done on the expected date

No real identitiy of work culture, and focus is always on find the best possible cost saving solution, even if cutting corners. Also, job security is not ensured, as even without any performance issues, you could be laid off with less benefits than what is laid out in terms and agreement.
