If you're a Hard-working Member of your department and your work has brought a significant growth in the Company (Department), then company doesn't shy away from appreciating your presence; in terms of your Salary Growth as well as your Promotions.

Dislikes

Company lacks Discipline & a defined work culture especially because of their HR's & Team Lead. I believe Company needs to take an action towards people who have not been contributing towards the Company as well as not have been performing Well. Alot of the members are just sitting here from many years and hardly perform their work.

Terrible Management. You are expected to work round the clock , if not then you are liable to answer the calls of your manager even outside work hours . You fail to answer you will be dealt harshly and your KRAs changed . Once you think about leaving the company they will ready to agree as this company believes in hire and fire . Good Colleagues and seniors

Poor Management , Micro-management , verbal-abuse, No clear plan or goal in 60% of the teams , No job security , Bad W/L , Bad office location. A few days ago , an employee mailed the entire office her story about getting laid off due to taking WFH due to an accident , with her manager highlighting how WFH was seriously a taboo around the place.

Flexibility with working hours and leniency with checking in and checking out as long as visibility is there and work gets done on the expected date

Dislikes

No real identitiy of work culture, and focus is always on find the best possible cost saving solution, even if cutting corners. Also, job security is not ensured, as even without any performance issues, you could be laid off with less benefits than what is laid out in terms and agreement.
