Being a young company Collegedunia takes good care of its employees, have projects and a company is growing at a very fast rate

Dislikes

After a certain point of time the work becomes monotonous, there is internal politics between the team, HR and Management are no that co-operative. Salary and appraisals are very poor, you might not get the expected growth as an individual in Collegedunia which I personally felt very disappointing. Wor-Life balance is good, work environment is average.
