Collaborative workspace consultant is a great company it feels a pleasant experience working in it, CWC management always standing shoulder to shoulder with us and there have been excellent measures to protect the epidemic like to COVID 19. Finally I wold like to say that the CWC has a very beautiful future.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? They don't have basic moral and social responsibility. They dint respond to email even after several reminders. And don't even respect to employees, who worked for them. Still pending of unpaid salary for me. It's poor safety culture. Top Management is worst. No ethics at all
