1. Give good hike at time of joining 2. Some of client are very good. They give good work life balance

1. To know leave balance, you need to mail HR, there is no portal. 2. No leaves. They have 15 PL but their client have furlough of 2-3 weeks in one year, so if you have leave balance it get deducted. So ideally no leave. 3. Very bad appraisal

I worked with UK Ireland and Romania's business team, which is very good to work with. I have developed my business acumen while working with them.

Dislikes

Legal Head is not supportive and is very condescending. She expects to work on weekends and extra days and if that's not enough for her, she has very bad attitude towards her team members. Plus there is lot's of personal politics in the legal team. People are having affairs in the office and doing favoritisms.

There’s one lead who was with me Parul Sharma she was very rude and also told me to leave the company . The pressure is too much and work life balance isnt good If your target isn’t achieved you have to work for atlest 12hrs

Overall, I had a good experience working with Collabera. It has a good company culture with knowledgeable managers and team leads (atleast in my case :), Average Salary but if you are looking for a stable and a long time career at one company, this should be your priority.

There is a little office politics at the management level, a few managers are difficult to deal with.

Company is partial to all the employees.unofficially they ask for work on saturdays.manager and hr is not supporting at all.i suggest not to work there it will affect your career as there is no such learning into that company and there is a bond of 60k for 11 months.before if you leave company is not going to provide relieving or experience letter that means it's totally waste of time to work there.
