Forced to work 12 hours a day and getting paid 50% less than the promised salary is most disliked part. You are never treated as an employee but treated as a slave. I would strictly advice the fellow readers to refrain from joining this organisation.

Office is spacious with good infrastructure. We have a library to spend quality time in breaks, unlimited chai and coffee, and breathtaking views of Mumbai sunsets. There;s so much to learn and experience here. Professional-level training, challenging opportunities, and supportive colleagues and superiors makes this workplace special for me. Besides, we are given benefit of health policy too.

Thanks to the company for still letting us have the advantage of work from home facility. A while ago, I had some personal issues back home and needed to stay there. I talked to the HR team, explained my situation, and asked if I could work from home. They understood and agreed, so I worked from home and managed to handle everything. Within a week, I was back in the office.

1. Toxic work culture 2. Spoiled careers of 25 IITians...They changed the offers ( mine is changed from 17lpa to 7lpa, which is almost 60% reduction) 3. From that 7lpa too.. there are deductions based on KPIs 4. Team leads warns team members to get good KPIs as their KPIs depend on us 5. They hire and fire on daily basis ( they havea specified team for hiring and the same for firing) 6. They ask employees to write reviews on Glassdoor, AmbitionBox and they offer a cheap amount as bribe 7. Not even a single employee benefit 8. Alternate Saturdays are working days 9. The company might shut down in a year or so 10. 9 hours strict working hours, an employee can't leave the campus during his/her 9 hour shift 11. An employee is not allowed outside, even to collect food orders from Zomato and swiggy ( they should collect them as if they are in jail, by not crossing the gates, if an employee crosses the gate security guards take them and submit the employee to their managers)...Read More

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not...Read More

No one works properly. Either supply makes a blunder or demand makes blunder, or operation makes a blunder & if not them then some agent might make a blunder. Top & mid level management keeps lying & lying. No salary security. No job security. & While lot of shit.
