The work culture and work life balance is very good with Cognizant.
Dislikes
Annual Appraisal evaluation system - ofcourse any organization cannot do justice to every associate and the bell curve fitting funda etc. Cognizant is no different.

My work involves Project Management with architecting and developing solutions to complex business requirements and problems across a Life Sciences Customer in Pega CRM space.
