Earlier Along with compines benifits , they thought about their employees as well. They used to gave good hike , timely promotion and even in covid time they alloted more leaves and provides extra salary for 2-3 months as well.

Dislikes

Since the changes in Top leadership , the promotion & Appraisal has been terrible. Once you will be released from current project, it is highly unlikely to get another.

Joined as a fresher, got the best in class training of fullstack development. Learning is very aggressive here, you need to spend quality time for that. You will get Udemy business access as well.

Management is very poor, even if you work 12-15 hours a day and deliver all the development task in time..still there would be no appreciation. Management is very selfish and they would never give you rating based on your performance. I used to deliver at least 10-12 story points (sometimes 18 points) per sprint(14 days- 7 for dev and 7 for QA), but still I got rating of 3/5 and my coworkers who delivers 5 story point got 5/5. I always showed initiative for taking task, leading offshore team, managing meets with QA team etc, but still management would never appreciate you. Worst place for growth....Read More

Hike/appraisal delays and low percentages You'll be expected and have to work around 11-12 hours daily, so keep whatever free time you get for personal development, otherwise resume will remain pretty lackluster.
