Work culture is good but overall career growth wise average not encouraged for better opportunity

As per career growth it was average. And increasing benefits wise also it was considered as average.

Overall I worked in cts for 4 years. As per work culture it was good but encouraging to career upgrading skills is poor compared to other. But in the Covid - 19 pandamic situation they gave the full salary according to our package.

Over all I like cognizant because of it's work culture and I got opportunity to explore new things and improve my skills.

Dislikes

To go for next level it will take so much of time. I personally faced the problem. Overall it was good but when it comes to carrier growth need lot of patience.
