Salary increase is 5% to 20% depending on how you butter your manager. Incentive was generally good for associate with good rating.

Dislikes

The Job Security was nil. If you are in bench for more than 2 months, they force you to submit resignation and give you 2 more months for searching project after giving resignation. If you are able to search project, it's good otherwise, you have to leave organization. The have Learning programs like CCA, RDP, QA2QE where you have to give atleast 10 exams of 1 to 4 hour duration every year. Promotion above Associate is only done if you butter your manager otherwise irrespective of experience, it will never be done even if you are in AI or other niche skill and is having more than 10 years experience....Read More
