Depending upon project sometimes team is actually good and accordingly work environment is good.

Dislikes

Some projects give unnecessary pressure to some specific persons.some department has very very bad culture like in spite of getting top level client appraisal, nobody values that.no.proper way of deciding appraisal/salary.

Mixture of boring and hectic.
