Cognizant as an organization is a good place to work. but it depends under whom you work

Dislikes

No empowerment, you are only supposed to work the manager wants. its more of a school like culture where there is no respect to individuals / reportees. one is supposed to at the managers beck and call. always overloaded with work and the work culture is the worst.
