Unprofessional way to work Its an corporate call centre u can say No career opportunities Hectic politics You will get years old leads to call and hot lead will be eaten by Team leads They always have no answer for salary deduction Seniors are playing mobile games and pressuring others to work

You get a vast learning experience especially being from a Non-IT background. I have learnt a lot from my seniors and which helped me a lot in getting opportunities from background with more expa sion of learning to look over.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. Many people in Management are really inspiring and motivating. Work culture is good, but some fringe elements in sales department keep doing micromanagement and may make your life hell.

Dislikes

Just a bunch of managers running B2C Sales department and regularly saying "Guys we are bleeding in terms of revenue" in the meeting and continue whole day lecturing about how aggressive sales is done. Employee absconding rate is very high.
