Many people in Management are really inspiring and motivating. Work culture is good, but some fringe elements in sales department keep doing micromanagement and may make your life hell.

Dislikes

Just a bunch of managers running B2C Sales department and regularly saying "Guys we are bleeding in terms of revenue" in the meeting and continue whole day lecturing about how aggressive sales is done. Employee absconding rate is very high.
