There is no such thing to like about cognixia, they are just fooling people

Dislikes

Unprofessional way to work Its an corporate call centre u can say No career opportunities Hectic politics You will get years old leads to call and hot lead will be eaten by Team leads They always have no answer for salary deduction Seniors are playing mobile games and pressuring others to work

Cognixia is a call centre of Collabera and people are wasting their time by joining. Guyz choose your career wisely dont fall on recruiter call and join a pathetic company

You get a vast learning experience especially being from a Non-IT background. I have learnt a lot from my seniors and which helped me a lot in getting opportunities from background with more expa sion of learning to look over.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
