It's all good untill you see yourself doing other stuff which is not related to work

If organisation desides to do something, then you are no one to argue it or change it, no matter it's benifits the employee or not, i have my 6 months appraisal loss Shifts getting extended without pay, you'll do the night shift and not getting allowance is normal, OT's are getting removed if login hours are not complete no matter if it system's fault or yours, senior employee behave like TL's, TL's behave like Managers and Managers are micro managing things and so on..!...Read More

As a data annotator at Cogito, I appreciate the work environment and management style. The company provides ample training and resource to ensure that i am equipped to perform my job well. The team is collaborative and supportive, which helps in maintaining a positive work culture. Additionally, the company is making strides in the field of AI data annotation, which is exciting to be a part of.

Dislikes

one of the main drawback of working as a data annotator is the repetitive nature of the job. It can be hectic, which can be mentally exhausting. Additionally, the workload can be high at times, which can impact the work-life balance.
