I regret having to leave this review, but my experience at this company was truly disappointing. first off, the sudden layoff were a complete shock. The Owner(Kevin Bhut) decided to lay off employee without providing any valid reasons or Clear timeline. It felt completely arbitrary, and the lack of transparency left everyone on edge, unsure about their job security at all times. The HR Manager (Manoj Bhardava), was unprofessional to extreme. His rude behaviour made it impossible to have a constructive conversation. Not only did he provide proper responses, but he also didn't any real policies in place. whenever an employee tried to reference tried to reference company policies or criteria, he would changes the rule on the spot or invent new ones. also kevin Bhut is approve this kind of rules/policies. It was chaotic and frustrating. There were no salary increments for the employees and it was always the owner's relatives or close associates who got raises or benefits. The favoritism here is so blantant, it's hard to ignore. No matter how hard you work, it seems likes your changes of recognition or rewards depend entirely on who you're related to, not your performance. On top of all that, the 3 Owner's involvement in every little task was overwherlming. Kevin bhut micromanaged everything - from routine trips to minor decisions--making it possible to have any independence on your role. It felt like he had his hands in every pie, and it created an unhealthy work atmosphere where nothing could get done without his approval, no matter how trivial. This company lack of professionalism, respect for its employees and any kind of fair process. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The work environment is Toxic, primarily due to petty politics that are deeply ingrained company culture. The owner is major source of this politics, favoring relatives employee and giving the to salary hikes or promotions while others are being laid off without any reasons. The HR department, especially manoj prajapati, is extremely unprofessional. The behavior is rude, and you can expect no proper communication or answers to your concerns. The company's policies are outdated and confusing, and the overall culture is third-rate. it's a shame, because the company has potential, but the internal issues and management's lack of transparency make it a difficult place to Work....Read More
