Compensation is good to start with but here is where the devil lies as the work culture is not good. - It is remote and this is where the company sucks out your life by giving tasks that you are engaged 24X7
- Insane work pressure and time lines of the project expectations to finish it by hook or crook. - Do calls all day discussing and expect employees to extend always it’s not 8hrs work but 12 to 14 hrs daily plus weekends to push for deadlines. - Senior management is of no help as they have set a very bad work culture for employees especially I’ve seen this under the engineering department. - Silent resignations are a norm where employees are thrown out from top till bottom no one is spared. - leaves are less and they give 12/year and the irony is you cannot consume them as you are always saddled by deadlines....Read More
