I gained some knowledge in this company, but even we performing well also they will not converting full time employment, if we ask means they are telling unnecessary reasons, politics happening in this company they are targeting. Don't trust project manager, Manager and seniors , in first 3 months they will appreciate you work and last coming to probation period they will say we will not convert.
