If they have good projects, then you get to learn new things.
1. Project management is very poor. Managers/Leads change decision very frequently. 2. Managers/Leads behave like a teacher not an employee. They literally scold you for anything. 3. Managers/Leads are so toxic that they ask for why you are taking leaves. That should be personal right? Until you tell them the reason, you can't get the leaves. 4. The work culture is so toxic that the leads behave very badly with you. Just typical low mentality work culture. I am sure they didn't get any exposure to big MNC work culture. 5.
