daily shift timings quite uncomfortable for me. feeling that the right and hard work candidates don't get any award and don't get any appreciation from their seniors. I think management need to improves the evolution process for the right candidate to promote.

If they have good projects, then you get to learn new things.

1. Project management is very poor. Managers/Leads change decision very frequently. 2. Managers/Leads behave like a teacher not an employee. They literally scold you for anything. 3. Managers/Leads are so toxic that they ask for why you are taking leaves. That should be personal right? Until you tell them the reason, you can't get the leaves. 4. The work culture is so toxic that the leads behave very badly with you. Just typical low mentality work culture. I am sure they didn't get any exposure to big MNC work culture. 5. 1. The leave policy needs to be approved, day by day the number of leaves has deceased. 2. Should not change the WFH policy. 3. It’s been frustrating the HRBP members don’t respond to the messages,sometimes you have to wait days. For every small thing need to create request. 4. If system needs to be changed have to wait long, even to exchange small things.

As per management rules, at least two new courses should be completed by everyone every year, but they can't take up any projects on new technology. The worst part is the HRBP team.
