Nothing but say only that one should run rikshaw even, rather than working with so unprofessional company.

Very unprofessional and unhealthy culture. Everyone is saving his job only by pulling other's legs. Surprisingly, Company believes in very unproductuve culture and dont want to initiate new thinking. They are running 20 years ago to current FMCG industry and more surprising that dont want to change it. Horrible experience of working here.
