Fullll of corruption. Nepotism, bribery , self before country, teasing honest.... think enough has been said. Unless you have a God father, don't join Coal India. Profit making is due to long standing monopoly not due to good work culture. Trade union leaders are valued more by directors than officers, so become a puppet of union leaders. For non executives it's relatively good.
