I have joined 1st February 2011, Mostly I like its a reliable company, Job security is good. But Salary increment or hike is too poor like 500-1000 p.a. as I got, and still i am facing salary hike issues.. Rest of thing is good. Thanks, Mithun Som.

No word I have to explain their loopfall .no one single department can help you and guide you.as example HR, account,team lead, project manager all are not responsible person are there.they are not believe in work and manipulate you.
