Can't say much as in my 2 years of journey, never been to CMS but work for client so visit client place only. They use to change the reporting manager rapidly so very less interaction with them as well. Sometimes manger don't have the solution for your problem but they come back with solutions with so many follow ups. No body care about salary growth.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
