Salary increment is very low . Very parital management. I worked on clients location never listed to voice of employees. No progress at all . Not employee friendly environment at all

The company is open to innovate and readily adopts latest technology at the the company's client side.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have work 18 to 24 hrs straight in a days as I have to attend the client calls in the evening. Team is not adjustable for any new person is claint side.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire work. And cleint side experience is most awaited.
