Reporting Manager is good & helpful. Advices when required. Also responds to email & interveins when required for closing long pending tickets.

Dislikes

HR response is little poor. For any HR related queries, usually won't get immediate response. Regressive follow up needs to be done for spares. Regarding leave difficult to get. No over time payment. Free Internal Training session's and promotion not happening. Reimbursement process of conveyance is time consuming. It takes months time or sometimes more. Salary structure not clear.

Feels like govt employees where any procedure can take time

Dislikes

Since 2019 company facing financial crises so most of the time salary got delayed no additional activities taken by organization for carrier growth and no diwali compensation even gifts also not given to any employee. No allownces in wFH during covid
