The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Company's dissent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometime I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day I do receive appreciation email from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during mid year appraisal.

The great things about Clyde Bergemann are 1) Fair enough work-life balance, some times few employees take undue advantage of it. 2) Excellent package and perks, which is much better than market average. 3) Very transparent Corporate Culture and Ethics. Strict anti-bully policy.

1) Very relaxed Corporate policies. 2) Casual Project Management attitudes often begets loss making projects. 3) Attendance policies are very casual.

Working culture is too good, self development, career growth, working environment including appraisal all these so good. No any problem with the travel, we are getting AC Trains and air ticket for travel

Company gives opportunity to work independently. I got exposure to various sector in different countries. Learning of various product with team in helthy environment is a good experience. I travelled to almost 10 different countries for site activities, The experience and knowledge was worthwhile.

I use to travel a lot to various job site. The work life is dominating to personal life. During festive season we use to sit at site while other people use to enjoy holidays.

Usually in our field of services the work is use to be hectic, In our company when work comes, it is too much tiring and overloaded schedules. However we get desecnt time with family & friends due to support of immediate superior authority.
