Its a pathetic company, quality of work is poor, they will keep you on bench for months cause apparently they have no contracts and then they will expect you to work. The management thinks they are running a school and the compensation is low as compared to market rates.

This is a total hire and fire company. The entire leadership is toxic, unprofessional and abusive . They constantly misbehave with employees and say many bad cuss words and mentally harass you.will make you work crazy hours while the good for nothing leads/managers will conteniusly Gaslight and give you wrong information about work/project on purpose so than they can hide their own incompetence and pass on all the blame to new joiners. When they loose the project because of mismanagement and incompetence, the blame would be passed on new joiners and would be illegally fired. 5 of us joined this company during same timeline and all were fired. They won't even pay you the notice period would delay f&f many months and cheat you by deducting LOP for many days where you have worked. They won't even provide an experience letter. The company CEO is reachable and transparent. Quality of work is good as they have good clients. Delivery lead Kunal Soni is approachable and try to find solution for the employees.
