At sometimes due to employee shortage, we end up to work on multiple projects which will eventually reach beyond 9 hrs of working hours but still company is aware about it, tries to address it and they are in the progress to sort it as soon as possible.

If client is dissatisfied, they don't hesitate to fire employees, regardless of their contributions.
