I am excited to work with Cloud Destinations, as we have a solid reputation for quality, universally recognized and gained well-known respect from our Clients. Our Company strategies and policies are good for employees and very open for new ideas, gives us free hands to execute the same. On my experience generally a caring and nurturing culture where everybody encouraging to be their best self and take on autonomy in our role. Creative thinking is definitely encouraged and people are supportive of one another, seeking help it has always been given gladly and sincerely. Now our office is undergoing a complete refurbishment with new socially distancing designs and modernization throughout ready for a phased return to work comfortable and safe. I would say it's a good working environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and our management is transparent. I couldn't find much, sometimes it can get really busy and can feel at those times like it's difficult to move forward with the strategic work, but our team and management have supported though..
