Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

The job is quite interesting. Struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Overtime is the main concern here we didn't payed for overtime not even a single time ...by overtime we leave store in mid nights we have to travel fall to reach our home and no one is looking for our safety issue

1. Even spending 3 years you will not get promoted. 2. On the part of job security- manager increase your work load until you leave the job. 3. If you mistakenly miss the time sheet your salary will be deducted even you have done a lot of work. 4. Work culture is so bad - on month end you have to work like a bull 16 to 18 hour in a single day but due to management pressure you show it as 9 hours only.
