I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. You will learn a lot while working in this company as their are less number of employees , kind of startup.

Dislikes

Benefits, promotions and appraisal are not given at time . They are skipped by making excuse of your performance. They annoy you for money. They shift you to any domain whenever they want irrespective of your interest whether it may be technical or non technical. Denying it would be a job threat.
