There are no likes, this company has hire and fire policy. If your skill are required then they will keep you and once your work is complete then they will ask you to leave and provide you with only 'SORRY'. Top management in India are very insensitive and won't feel any pain in asking you to leave if you are not required anymore. They don't support their employees and don't stand for them. Only thing matters to them is their salary. I joined recently and uprooted myself from Mumbai and came to Noida with family. Even my wife left the job because of my decision of shifting to their Noida location office. Now, I am left with no income. They actually tore apart my complete family. Work Details

It was full of chaos. There was no work life balance. Leads are just doing the management task and don't support technically when learning is required. If something has to be done at late night they will call you up on mobile and ask you to come online.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
