Clean Coats employees are very good. They are very supportive, cooperative & they will help you and guide you at every juncture.

Dislikes

The management of Clean Coats Private Limited is very bad. The MD is a mental case and needs to be admitted into the mental hospital. He does not like his employees putting deodorant dishing out a nonsensical reason that he has problem with do and the smell is unbearable because it contains solvents and does not like it mixing with human beings. Further, he gives dictation and then leaves the office in the afternoon for lunch and then come back to office and tell you he did not dictate this. He is a mad, abnormal and insane person who himself does not know what he says and dictates. Please do not work in this company and with Shankar who is a mental person. Great Learning experience. Technologically a Strong company with more than 200 diversified products and a strong R & D Backbone. The company M.D is a well versed Technocrat and has solution to most of the construction chemicals & Coating related problems faced in the field.

Dislikes

Only 3 rd Satarday and all Sundays are holidays. It would be better if they give all satardays as holidays

The company is very good, whoever works here will get a lot of product and marketing knowledge, the staff is very supportive. Seniors always guide ,every time they help to grow in marketing and knowledge field,all expenses, salary and advance get time to time.
