Less employee count gives us more areas to explore and add values in. I came from hospitality industry and love it here in Operations. Managing centres with more than 1000 seating capacity. The L&D initiatives underway are a good thing as we can develop more skills and be better. People with rigid mindset or who come here to chill and take salary, ClayWorks is not for you . People who are looking to grow in a role OR do cross functional work while succeeding with the company; this is the place to be.
