Company is really good, the founders are really supportive and help me in every way, the dept heads are always there when I need any help. They do celebrate every festival, fun Fridays, events etc.

This company is engaging in a rather deceptive practice , they have personnel write reviews to boost their ratings. While every company has its pros and cons, its concerning when honest employee feedback is drowned out by artificially positive reviews created by the personnel. If they were truly confident in their work environment, they wouldn't need to manipulate feedback to create a falsely positive image.
