There is no doubt for job security if you are working on your KPI and KRA properly. Work culture is ok, the leadership is somewhat poor with team work and giving out help to achieve KPI and KRA.

Teammates are good, very much supportive and helpful. As far as you do your job properly there is nothing to worry about your job. You will learn a lot but it can't grantee your appraisal. There is favoritism in office for few members, who always get recognition by senior members and appreciation. Job is secure here you need to put little of your efforts and you would be able to reach to your targets. Moreover, you'll get young employees at your workplace.

First of all very poor management skills. Next they don't have required experience. A fresher can be your reporting head it doesn't matters you're 10-20 yrs experienced. They themselves are skeptical about there policies. Daily they experiment on their policies whether it's working or not. You will be forced to give tests every weekend and switch on the web camera at night 10 or 11.

When I joined here I found that you won't be doing what was written on your job role and responsibilities. You'll be doing pathetic works like Calling. They want tele callers and even they deserve that. You won't learn anything apart from their product.
