Finally after battling with old employees, who submitted fake payslips and joined and tried damaging the company, we are now on Track again, after a court order. Prashant is a nice person for sure, this person faces everything but he always says don't worry we will win, and he is the only reason why i trusted this company for my career.

Prashant encourages skill development all the time and he always tries employees to improve their knowledge. Its a big fact he is cheated by many employees but he always supports good employees. Remind your mistakes so you cant repeat same mistake.

Good company to work with. They give more importance to the core values, one of them is "respect for Individuals" Monetary prospects are also good. However, it will differ from process to process which you are working for and also the manager you are working for.

The only issue what we have over here is the typical corporate disease which we find across the spectrum, they give more perks to a new hire rather than tenured employees within the organization.

Metaverse is easy to sell the product as our target gets achieved easily. CEO is good as we can directly contact him for any issue. I find some reviews like salary issues, but i get paid on time. Just they started office, so i have to leave.

Only one dislike, if you won't work or are unable to achieve the target then the company will force you to join the office otherwise they won't pay you. Rest everything is planned very well.

Nowadays promotions to freshers and long term employees are good. Great and supportive work culture. Activities like fun Friday give a great start to the weekend.

Dislikes

Lots and lots of training... every week they ask for completing a training and target pressure. I was a permanent employee but for last few months, i am unable to perform due to health issues and i decided to quit. Very supportive people, i requested early settlement of my payment and within 3 days, they settled because of my health issue, All the best to Prashant and his team.

Got fired for Employee payslip fraud as they terminated whole teams like saif, vinay and others. I tried contacting HR that my pay slip is correct please verify but still they terminated me.

No, Product was easy to sell. We achieve targets very easily but don't know why the employee did this Payslip fraud.
